Ready? Set? Do Nothing For Four Months

I'm annoyed with myself.

I set a straightforward goal: one decent blog post a month. A post in which if someone else posted, I'd be grabbed by the title and would want to read the whole thing. The bar of only one post a month was deliberately low. Yet somehow, four months have passed and this website is still barren.

I did manage a few things. Setting up a domain, SSL certificate, and hosting with Cloudflare was a modest achievement.

I've already broken one of my other rules: each blog post should be something I'd genuinely enjoy reading and this post is meaningless.

Well at least I have ticked off 1/12 posts for the year. I'm unsure if I'll manage to backfill the blog posts and make the yearly commitment of 12, but here's to trying.

If I do make it to 12 posts before 2026, I'll fix the calendar in the AI generated image.
